This role will also require fostering growth and confidence in team members’ skills while maintaining the salon's quality standards.Qualifications- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in Teaching and Training- Ability to inspire and mentor individuals in hair styling and care techniques- Hands-on experience working in a salon environment- A certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Hair Styling, or a related field is preferred- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to a diverse group of learners- Passion for staying updated on the latest hairstyling trends and practices
