CallPrep also offers detailed data analysis on decision-makers and similar companies to customize sales pitches effectively.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer at CallPrep. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end web development, software development, and CSS. The role involves working on creating and maintaining features for the sales enablement platform.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing high-quality web applications using Django (backend).
  • Collaborate with the development team on all stages of software development, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Help design and implement database schemas and models, and integrate them with the backend logic.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Work closely with founders to identify and troubleshoot issues in the development environment and software applications.


Qualifications

  • Exposure to backend development with a focus on Django Rest Framework.
  • Familiarity with creating and using RESTful APIs. (Must)
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems like git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Should be able to devote full time


Desirable Plus

  • Experience with database schema design is a huge plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
