CallPrep, based in Delhi, India, is a sales enablement platform that crafts tailored action plans for sales calls by seamlessly integrating with sales knowledge bases, training materials, CRMs, and data providers. The platform empowers sales representatives to build rapport and confidently close deals by providing valuable insights and eliminating information overload. CallPrep also offers detailed data analysis on decision-makers and similar companies to customize sales pitches effectively.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer at CallPrep. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end web development, software development, and CSS. The role involves working on creating and maintaining features for the sales enablement platform.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing high-quality web applications using Django (backend).
  • Collaborate with the development team on all stages of software development, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Help design and implement database schemas and models, and integrate them with the backend logic.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Work closely with founders to identify and troubleshoot issues in the development environment and software applications.


Qualifications

  • Exposure to backend development with a focus on Django Rest Framework.
  • Familiarity with creating and using RESTful APIs. (Must)
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems like git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Should be able to devote full time


Desirable Plus

  • Experience with database schema design is a huge plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
