**Position:** Project Manager (Business Analyst)**Company:** Novac Technology Solutions**Location:** Chennai**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**What You’ll Do:**
*Gather and Analyze Requirements:** Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements, particularly for loan and deposit journeys, to guide product development in the fintech space.
*Website and Portal Development:** Lead the process of building websites and customer portals from scratch, ensuring that all elements align with business goals and user needs.
*Collaborate Across Departments:** Partner with various departments to define and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
*Create and Maintain Documentation:** Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and wireframes to facilitate clear communication and successful project outcomes.
*Project Tracking:** Utilize JIRA for effective project tracking and management, ensuring the timely delivery of fintech solutions.
*Problem-Solving:** Provide creative, data-driven solutions to complex business challenges, leveraging your understanding of banking products and digital journeys.
*Support Project Management:** Assist in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of new products, processes, and customer portals.
### **What We’re Looking For:**
*Experience:** 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the fintech industry, with a proven track record of creating loan and deposit journeys, building websites and customer portals, and launching successful digital journeys.
*Industry Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of banking products and processes, with hands-on experience in the banking sector or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
*Technical Expertise:** Demonstrated ability to build customer portals and websites from the ground up, with a focus on user experience and functionality.
*Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
*Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
*Technical Aptitude:** Proficiency in tools like JIRA, wireframing software, and BRD creation.
*Passion for Fintech:** A genuine interest in the fintech industry and a desire to grow and evolve within this dynamic field.
