We are seeking a self-starting, spirited, and focused Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, and HR Branding to join our dynamic team. This is an individual role who works great any and all team. This role is pivotal in driving our employee engagement strategies, leveraging data-driven insights, and enhancing our HR branding efforts. You will collaborate cross-functionally to design, implement, and refine engagement initiatives, while also contributing to the development of our HR analytics capabilities and promoting our HR brand internally and externally.


Experience : 2– 3 years of experience in the above specializations.


Responsibilities

Engagement

Work closely with Business Leaders to develop and drive initiatives that result in an engaging workforce

Design and implement monthly virtual/onsite events across geographies (India, US and Bhutan) to boost engagement and resonates with iMerit’s culture and core values.

Review all internal communications such as posters, stories, mailers, intranet etc and ensure they meet branding and language standards.

Co-ordination with Centre HRs across locations to ensure participation and a consistent employee experience for various initiatives.

Coordinating with vendors for service related queries, negotiations, payments, invoices, etc as and when required.

End to end management of R&R programs

Research, recommend and implement best practices in the Employee Engagement space

Review existing practices and come up with new ideas / initiatives which will enhance Employee Experience across the employee lifecycle


HR Branding

· Research on industry HR awards, curate content and manage the end-to-end application process.

· Connect with business to understand the best areas to participate in and how to positively impact the Employer Value Proposition.

· Create a excited presence on the social media to make iMerit an employer of choice.


Analytics

· Manage, extract and analyze employees' data to present advance reports about global workforce

· Support various functions within HR and submitting reports as and when required

· Analyze attrition data and present recommendations based on trends.

· Analyze wage and salary reports to determine competitive compensation plans

· Reviews and audit all employee data in HRIS.

· Create monthly and quarterly/annual reports for Management in order to make data-driven decisions

· Research and present trends and factors that affect the industry and territory

Qualification: Preferably MBA OR Masters in HR and Mass Communication.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

· Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

· Past HRBP experience will be valuable

· Someone who has a background in content writing will be an added advantage

· Attention to detail

· Eagerness to learn new things, self driven and initiative to make an impact

· Takes ownership, proactive and handle multiple tasks parallelly. Someone who can adapt in a fast paced work environment and gets things done

· Flexible with hours of work (If you are looking for a fixed 9-5 job, this isn’t the right place for you)

· Strong planning and organization skills

Technical Skills:

· Familiarity in using Google Workspace

· Well versed with Microsoft Office
