Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage online sales through e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely order processing and shipping. (Amazon)
  • Create product listings on various marketplaces, including catalog management and pricing strategy development.
  • Develop effective e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, or chat to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless operations from warehouse to delivery.
  • D2C Website knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce industry with a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality product listings with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and optimization of online campaigns.
