We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels including Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving sales through online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management

Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.

Ensure product information, descriptions, images, and keywords are optimized for visibility and conversions.

Monitor and update inventory across all platforms to prevent overselling or stockouts.

Sales & Marketing

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve rankings in search results.

Run and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings, and Shopify ads if applicable).

Implement promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and seasonal sales.

Order & Customer Management

Oversee daily order processing, fulfillment, and returns to ensure excellent customer experience.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews.

Maintain high ratings and compliance with marketplace policies.

Analytics & Reporting

Track sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI from advertising campaigns.

Provide regular performance reports and suggest strategies for improvement.

Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration

Work with the marketing, logistics, and product teams to streamline operations.

Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Shopify.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce SEO, product listing optimization, and keyword research.

Experience running PPC campaigns and marketplace advertising.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or marketplace dashboards.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with inventory management tools and order management systems.

Experience in creating product bundles, variations, and promotional campaigns.

Knowledge of email marketing and social media integration with Shopify.
