Build strategic partnership with OEMs, develop basic infrastructure or stations for preventive and operational level maintenance, tyre management, spare, lubricants just in time to improve uptime.Budget Management:Manage the fleet budget, including vehicle costs, maintenance, fuel, and other related expenses.

Maintenance and Repair:Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition, minimizing downtime and costs.Technology Implementation:Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve fleet efficiency, such as telematics, GPS tracking, and electronic logging devices (ELDs).Cost Reduction:Identify and implement cost-saving measures across all areas of fleet operations.

Performance Measurement:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal fleet performanceRole future Scope - Company owned 3000 LNG and EV 40-ton payload capacity trucks.
