Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive who has a good

command of Microsoft Excel and understands the basic functioning of online marketplaces

such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will assist with daily operations,

catalogue management, and sales reporting for our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Excel-Based Operations:

 Maintain and update product listings and price sheets in Excel.

 Create pivot tables, use VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and generate daily/weekly reports.

 Monitor inventory and reconcile sales data using spreadsheets.

�� Marketplace Management:

 Assist with product listing and updates on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.

 Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and stock levels.

 Monitor promotions, discounts, and deals as per marketing calendars.

 Track order flow, returns, and resolve listing issues.

�� Reporting and Analysis:

 Extract and compile sales and performance data from marketplaces.

 Generate Excel-based reports for performance tracking, returns, and pricing trends.

 Assist in preparing insights for internal stakeholders based on report findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, charts, pivot tables).

 Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms (basic level).

 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.

 Strong attention to detail, organized, and deadline-oriented.

 Good communication skills (written & verbal).
