E‑commerce Executive (On-site, India)

About The Opportunity
We are hiring hands-on E‑commerce Executives (Junior & Senior) to run day-to-day online storefront operations for fast-moving digital retail accounts. This on-site role suits candidates who can manage product listings, pricing and inventory, drive catalogue SEO, and support order-to-delivery workflows on major Indian marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate product listings and SKUs across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify etc.), including titles, bullets, descriptions, specifications and backend keywords.
  • Optimise catalogue content for search and conversion (keyword research, content A/B, image guidelines) to improve visibility and CTR.
  • Manage daily inventory, pricing updates, promotions and P&L impact; coordinate with supply chain to prevent OOS and oversell.
  • Process orders, returns and replacements; liaise with logistics partners and resolve customer issues to maintain seller ratings.
  • Run marketplace admin tasks: upload feeds, troubleshoot listing errors, monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports (sales,traffic,conversion,AOV) and support senior stakeholders with insights and action plans.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: 0–3 years (Junior) or 3+ years (Senior) experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management; strong MS Excel skills; experience with Amazon/Flipkart seller portals or Shopify admin; excellent written communication for product copy; attention to detail for cataloguing and inventory tasks.
  • Preferred: Experience with listing automation tools/feeds, basic image editing (Photoshop/Canva), familiarity with sponsored ads/PPC basics, prior exposure to FBA/FC/3PL workflows and working in an on-site retail operations environment.
