Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and customer billing
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements & MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
  • Handle internal audits, external audits, and coordinate with auditors
  • Manage payroll, expense tracking, and cost analysis
  • Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software
  • Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other compliances
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small accounts team
