We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insights Manager to join our team at L&T Finance Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to provide valuable insights that will inform strategic decision-making. The Market Insights Manager will play a crucial role in identifying market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences to drive business growth and enhance our market position.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the financial industry. - Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to provide actionable insights to senior management. - Utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methods to gather relevant data.

2. Customer Insights: - Develop and implement strategies to understand customer behavior, preferences, and needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect customer feedback and leverage it to enhance product/service offerings. - Use customer insights to contribute to the development of customer-centric business strategies. - Test various creative concepts as well as prepare pre - post insights - Should be able to access relevant Syndicated market research reports and draw relevant insights which are valuable to businesses/ brand in isolation or when fused with other insights.

3. Data Management: - Oversee the collection, validation, and organization of market data from various sources. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity to facilitate reliable analysis and decision-making.

4. Strategic Planning: - Work closely with the leadership team to align market insights with overall business strategies. - Provide recommendations and insights that support the development of strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.

5. Reporting and Communication: - Prepare and present clear and concise reports on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights. - Communicate findings to key stakeholders, including senior management, in a compelling and actionable manner.

6. Technology and Tools: - Stay abreast of the latest market research tools, methodologies, and technologies. - Leverage advanced analytics tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of market insights activities.

7. Collaboration: - Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry experts to stay abreast of market developments. - Act as a key liaison between the marketing, product development, and senior management teams.
