Job Description
Designation: Operations Lead– AFL and Dietlogues
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time team member who will be responsible for maintaining and increasing the impact of DRFHE programs- AFL and Dietlogues.
You will
provide operational leadership.
supervise a team, manage quality assurance & strategize process improvements
ensure seamless and timely execution of all programs.
leverage your problem-solving and managerial expertise to supervise daily operations.
collaborate with various stakeholders involved
The perfect candidate should ensure a delightful stakeholder experience across field, doctor, patients, and external participants.
Reporting To: Lead AFL and Dietlogues
Job Location: Hyderabad
Role Band: Indigo
Roles and Responsibilities:
Refine and improve current processes continuously for efficient operations and impact
Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the AFL operations team and Dietlogues team of Nutritionists.
Monitor team performance, coaching, training, and feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operations with organizational objectives.
Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with customers, internal business lines, and external stakeholders.
Implement quality assurance measures for world-class service to customers and enhance customer service quality and satisfaction. (CSAT, NPS)
Solicit and respond to feedback while gaining commitment and support from internal and external stakeholders
Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities.
Report on operational efficiency and quality standards- weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
Integrate new technologies and business processes as needed.
Develop conflict-resolution and service recovery programs.
Qualification and Experience:
MBA with at least 12 to 15 years’ experience of handling operations
Pharma sales and marketing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data analytics
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) can be used in lieu of the educational requirements.
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings.
Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
Analytical thinking skills - uses data to drive strategy and to focus activities.
Patient and detail oriented.
Critical thinker and problem solver
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in and outside the organization.
Ability to undertake regular calls/virtual/physical meetings and interact with different stakeholders.
Excellent command over spoken and written English.

Enabling better patient-care in the multi-dimensional healthcare industry, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation for Health Education (DRFHE) touches all stakeholders in the healthcare delivery chain through its various initiatives. DRFHE’s efforts are focused in two areas – Training, Awareness & Dietlogues. The Training vertical of DRFHE concentrates on enhancing interpersonal skills of healthcare stakeholders to facilitate world class patient care. The Awareness vertical attempts to reduce the looming non-communicable disease epidemic by reaching out to corporate employees, creating awareness, resulting in disease prevention. The Dietlogues vertical provides clinical dietary consultation to patients on recommendation of physicians.
Qualifications
