Excellent communication and discussing agreements skills, and ability to influence Leads in cross-functional teams.
Excellent program management skills, and attention to detail
Demonstrated record of problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills
Experience in operations, strategy, and planning.
Knowledge about Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
Track vendor performance against key metrics (KPIs), SLAs such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost. address performance issues promptly and collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions.
Lead and deliver regular business reviews and execute a robust vendor governance plan in the form of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure open communication and proactive problem resolution.
Partner with cross-functional teams locally and globally to drive continuous vertical and horizontal process improvements at scale.
Identify and program manage strategic projects to solve for challenging business issues by working with stakeholders, managing communications.
Excellent in managing Vendor Performance, Operations, Governance, Compliance.
