The Vendor Management Office of TechM will be responsible for the contract terms and legal administrative duties related to contracts of vendors. This includes contract negotiations, authorization, support, guidelines to invoicing, purchase orders and overall general management of contract agreements with each vendor.
Key Steps involved in Vendor Management Process :
Develop Strategy
1. Create Service Sourcing Strategy and assist leaders
Procure Service
2. Vendor Evaluation and Selection/ Onboarding.
3. Negotiate Contract
Manage Vendor Performance
4. Administer Contracts
5. Manage Vendor Relationship
6. Manage Service , License (if reqd) and Deploy
7. Achievement of SLA’s
8. Vendor Governance
9. Vendor compliance
10. Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
Performance Management
Performance management will focus on similar concepts as financial management – this includes managing aspects such as vendor scorecards, dashboard rankings and KPIs.
Role Requirements :
• Post/ Graduate in Business Management , Business Administration or equivalent
• Any Certification (will be value added)
• 5+ yrs. of experience in Vendor Management.
• Interpersonal Skills, Good Communications, Soft Skills, email etiquette , MS office skills.
