About thejob As aBusiness Development Executive youwill be responsible for providing expert advice to clients onproperty investments purchases and sales. You will play a pivotalrole in helping clients make informed decisions about their realestate transactions. Your primary duties andresponsibilities willinclude: Conducting market research andnetworking to identify potential properties for investment purchaseand sale. Arranging property viewings andaccompanying client s onsite visits. Meetingsales targets and contributing to the overall success of theteam. Providing consultancy to clients aboutthe recent and upcoming market trends pros and cons of making asale or purchase of property in recenttimes. Helping and leading clients todecisionmaking regarding the sale orpurchase.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or relatedfield. (MBA preferred) Proven experience of2 years as a Business Development Executive in the Noida Market. Strongknowledge of local property markets regulations and industrypractices. Excellent communication andnegotiation skills. Ability to build andmaintain client relationships. Ability towork independently and as part of a team.Resultsoriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving salestargets.Reporting: You would be reporting directly to the ChiefOperating Officer(COO)
