Responsibilities:Own, Create & Drive
the entire strategy for email outreach, lead nurture, and lead generation.Develop and implement
an email outreach & nurture plan, content & calendar for existing leads (leads, customers, and ex-customers) acquired through our website and various channels.Craft and execute
(content, design and calendar) an outreach and lead generation strategy for new databasesBuild and cultivate Database
: Use online tools to build new databases to which messages can be sent.Design and deploy emails:
Responsible for creating the email plan and calendar, creating the email content work with design team for design and HTML for the emailer and deploy the same to the required database (or data-segment)Build and maintain
a multi-geo, multi-industry email calendar, creating engaging content that fosters strong contact engagement.Manage all contacts
within the CRM, ensuring adherence to best practices and data hygiene.Proficiency in CRM tools
(Salesforce, Hubspot) is a must, with the ability to maintain and optimize data within the platform.Possess strong analytical skills

to leverage email marketing for lead generation and maximize campaign impact.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in email marketing and outreach campaigns.Email Marketing tools and Salesforce Pardot Understanding is a must.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful email marketing strategies that drive measurable results (increased open rates, click-through rates, conversions).Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM).Strong understanding of the technicalities involved in email marketing framework setup, like Domain DNS records (SPF, DKIM markers etc), Email Warmup, Email limits, Spam and Bounce thresholds.Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling email copy that resonates with target audiences.Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or Hubspot) is essential.Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and report on email marketing data.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Must know HTML as editing email templates is a requirementMust know and understand Google Analytics (GA4) and GTM from setup toBonus Points:Experience with social media marketing (particularly LinkedIn outreach).Knowledge of multi-lingual email marketing strategies.Experience with growth hacking techniques for email marketing.
