Key Responsibilities:
Email Outreach & data extraction Intern:
Research and identify potential clients, partners, or industry influencers.
Craft, personalize, and send email campaigns to target audiences.
Manage follow-up communications to build and strengthen relationships.
Track and analyze outreach performance metrics (e.g., open rates, response rates).
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Data Extraction:
Use web scraping tools, software, or manual methods to extract relevant data from various online sources.
Clean and organize data for easy integration into CRM systems or marketing tools.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Maintain and update lead databases regularly.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems is a plus.
Familiarity with data extraction tools or techniques (e.g., Python, Excel, or web scraping tools) is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset.
Interest in digital marketing, data analytics, or business development.
