ResponsibilityArea
SalesStrategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsand expand market share.
  • Analyze market trendscustomer needs and competitor activities to identify growthopportunities.
  • Set sales goals and objectivesfor the team and create action plans to achieve them.

TeamLeadership and Management:
  • Leadand motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Recruit train and onboard new sales teammembers as needed.
  • Provide coaching mentoringand performance feedback to ensure the teams success.

ClientRelationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients andpartners.
  • Act as the main point of contact forstrategic accounts and handle negotiations.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levelsof customer satisfaction.

SalesOperations and Reporting:
  • Overseesales operations including pricing contracts and order management.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics trackprogress against targets and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implementinitiatives to optimize sales processes.

SKILLS
  • Strongcommunication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
