Supports the global RRx products / market strategies and sales activities for the customers based in India.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Developing and executing account development plans for assigned target customer accounts. Including but not limited to:

o Agreeing and following a plan of site visits to relevant decision makers.

o Tracking projects that are being quoted or have been won by the key target accounts.

o Winning inquiries from against competition, following up quotations and winning orders

o Meeting annual sales targets for assigned scope of work and accounts

o Developing relationships and keeping contact with relevant customers.

o Researching and developing new accounts for RRx products

o Promotion and Sales growth of the all products in Wind Turbine applications.

o New business development.

Position requires extensive travel within India. Candidate should also be willing to Travel Overseas if needed.

• Develop working relationships with colleagues within the Regal Rexnord brands and Product Management that are productive in terms of supporting and delivering your work and that of the overall organization

• Follow Regal Rexnord RBS principles and make changes to own practice and offer suggestions for improving services.

• Participate annually in the Performance Appraisal.

• Identify and undertake activities to develop knowledge skills and understanding where gaps have been identified.

Job Specification: (Education, Training and Experience):

Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Good practical knowledge of the engineering principles of Power Transmission.

Experience in Sales of industrial products to Wind Turbine industry would be added advantage.

Experience using SAP; Sales Force or similar softwares.

Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in equivalent role in a Leading Company.

Competencies / Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience and comfortable in customer contact by phone or face to face, with both existing and more importantly new prospects/customers

Competent with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Well organised, structured time management

Strongly motivated to sales success.
