About the team

Ninjamandi team is a large and diverse team which is trying to solve the problems in the Agri ecosystem with a Platform approach. This growth engine will fuel the next phase of Ninjacart's journey in cementing its place in the industry as an innovation and execution leader. This is a team which is a mix of Business, Execution, Category, Product, Analytics and brings a mix of speed and innovation to solve tough problem statements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the ecosystem Growth Strategy for imported fruits
  • Drive implementation of new solutions and iterate faster
  • Build and develop teams
  • Build annual operation plan, set long and short term goals, drive alignment
  • Drive overall sales volume and ensure consistent business growth
  • Lead user acquisition initiatives and expand the customer base
  • Identify and capture new market opportunities to strengthen category presence
  • Own overall revenue delivery and margin optimization for the category
  • Manage, mentor, and guide the team towards achieving business goals

Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team to successfully and strategically deliver on goals.
  • Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing the team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses.
  • Create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a focus on team efficiency and productivity

  • MBA from Tier1/Tier2
  • 4 to 7 years of Business experience
  • Agri, Retail & Startup experience
  • Hands on leader - inherent urge to spend time in market
