We are seeking a Freelance Python Developer with strong AWS Connect experience to help design, develop, and deploy scalable backend solutions that power a cloud-based contact center platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect , building contact flows, Lambda integrations, and real-time call handling solutions . You will work closely with cloud engineering, Dev Ops, and business teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and maintainable solutions in AWS. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using Python . Integrate with Amazon Connect (contact flows, attributes, Lambda integrations, and Amazon Lex). Build and manage AWS services : Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Dynamo DB, S3, IAM, and Cloud Formation. Collaborate with Dev Ops teams on CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, Jenkins, Git). Optimize backend performance and troubleshoot AWS Connect call flows . Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices . Write clean, testable, and maintainable Python code following industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong Python development experience. Proven expertise with Amazon Connect (contact flows, Lambda integrations, metrics, Lex preferred). Hands-on with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo DB, Cloud Formation, S3, IAM). Knowledge of REST APIs and microservice architecture . Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Code Pipeline, Jenkins, Git). Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. Preferred Qualifications AWS Certification (Developer / Solutions Architect Associate or higher). Experience with contact center platforms or voice-based services. Exposure to logging and monitoring tools (Cloud Watch, ELK stack).
