Job Description:

Microsoft 365 Administrator (3-4 Years relative exp in Intune)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator with 3-4 years of specialized experience in Intune device management, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Teams Administration and Exchange Online. The successful candidate will manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong focus on device compliance, security policies, and ensuring seamless integration across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Intune Device Management

• Configure and manage device enrollment policies for Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android devices.
• Ensure smooth deployment of corporate applications using the Intune app deployment.
• Enforce device compliance policies to maintain security standards across endpoints.
• Create and manage configuration profiles for settings like Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, and email.
• Automate device management tasks using PowerShell and other tools.
• Monitoring enrolled devices with Security and Compliance dashboards
• Troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to compliance, enrollment, and app delivery.
• Investigate and mitigate device vulnerabilities using Intune and integration with Defender.

Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD)

• Manage user accounts, security groups, and group policies in on-premises AD and Entra AD.
• Configure and monitor hybrid identity synchronization with Entra AD Connect.
• Administer conditional access policies and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for secure user access.
• Windows and application update using patch management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, DNS, replication, and directory synchronization.

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Security

• -Configure endpoint detection and response (EDR) policies in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts in the Microsoft Defender portal.
• Perform threat analysis and implement remediation steps.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards by integrating Defender with Intune.

Exchange Online Administration

• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.
• Configure email protection settings, including spam filtering, anti-phishing.
• DNS management including these records - DKIM/DMARC/SPF
• Resolve issues related to email delivery, permissions, and migration tasks.

Microsoft Teams Administration:

• Manage Microsoft Teams settings, policies, and user access.
• Configure Teams meeting policies, including audio/video settings, recording options, and participant controls.
• Set up and manage Teams channels, permissions, and guest access.
• Integrate Teams with other Microsoft 365 apps for seamless collaboration.
• Monitor Teams usage and performance through reporting tools in the Teams admin center.
• Troubleshoot Teams-related issues, including connectivity, user access, and device compatibility.
• Ensure Teams compliance with organizational policies and data retention requirements.

Microsoft 365 General Administration

• Perform regular monitoring, maintenance, and updates for all Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Develop documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 services with a focus on Intune.
• Strong understanding of device management, compliance policies, and app deployment using Intune.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Skills:
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MD-102 (Microsoft Endpoint Manager).
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and migrations.
• Familiarity with endpoint analytics and reporting in Intune.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Defender for Office 365
