Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced F&B professional to oversee the day-to-day and strategic operations of our restaurants. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to ownership, with full accountability for operations, finance, compliance, and business growth.

The
Head of Operations
will act as the owner's right hand, taking charge of all aspects of the business – from guest satisfaction and financial performance to staff management and expansion planning.//

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations across all restaurants, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
  • Drive P&L management, budgeting, and cost control, with a sharp focus on profitability.
  • Implement and oversee operational systems (POS, Petpooja, Zomato, Swiggy, Eazydiner Partner, etc.) and reconcile reports with financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, hygiene, and legal regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff, building a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with the culinary and service teams to maintain top-quality guest experiences.
  • Prepare and analyze business reports (sales, food cost, wastage, staff performance).
  • Drive marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with ownership.
  • Plan and execute new restaurant openings and future business expansions.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of senior leadership experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry (multi-unit experience preferred).
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with proven success in P&L management.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant systems, reporting, and partner portals (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end operations independently, acting as an "entrepreneur within the company."
  • Based in or willing to relocate to
