Operations Head – Bebe Foods (Greater Noida)

About Us:

Bebe Foods is a leading brand in natural sweeteners and jaggery-based products. With a strong focus on quality and innovation, we are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced professional to lead our end-to-end operations team.

Location:
 Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of manufacturing & packaging.
  • Lead backend operations including billing, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and order processing.
  • Handle supply chain, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage purchase orders, inventory control, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Implement operational efficiencies and cost control measures.
  • Lead and mentor a team across multiple functions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food manufacturing (jaggery or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of backend operations, billing, GRN, inventory management, and supply chain.
  • Ability to handle purchase orders and ensure timely execution.
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
