Marketing Manager NBS

POSITION PURPOSE:

Bayer Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our Women's Health Care division. This role is pivotal in expanding Bayer's footprint across South Asia, with a specific focus on Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical landscape and demonstrate the ability to translate domestic success into international growth.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market Expansion:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to launch and grow Bayer's Women's Health portfolio in Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and build entry strategies tailored to each country's regulatory and commercial environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and local partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory to ensure successful market entry and sustained growth.
  • Commercial Execution:
  • Drive sales performance and brand visibility through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership on market progress, challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure all activities align with Bayer's ethical standards and local regulatory requirements.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Indian pharmaceutical companies, with exposure to international business development.
  • Proven track record of launching or expanding pharmaceutical products in emerging markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel across South Asia.
