Customer Support AssociateJob Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate who is fluent in Hindi to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Hindi-speaking clients. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (0-3 years). The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Fluency in Hindi is mandatoryExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and EnglishPrevious experience in customer support or a similar role is preferredAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood knowledge of MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Roles and Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner via phone, email, and chatProvide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaintsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issuesIdentify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements in products and servicesAssist in training new customer support associates as needed
