Role & Responsibilities: - The role is responsible for achieving the delivery KPI, revenue targets for the vertical by effectivelyhandling Key accounts and taking care of their entire range of telecom requirements. - The role is responsible for managing end to end RFP from customer existing/new accounts,coordinating first kick-off meetings, reviewing customer requirements, identifying Companycapabilities for designing solutions, ensuring preparation of RFS and project take-off. - Further, the role handles day-to-day customer management operations, provides timely resolutionfor customer issues and complaints within TAT, ensure long-term relations, ensuring customer delight - The role is required to regularly interface with the client and take account of any changes incustomer needs. The role is responsible for practicing effective relationship management, especiallyfor clients requiring data solutions, to nurture associations. - Responsible to generate repeat business, new business, increase account penetration, work closelywith Regional Business Manager from client end Key Skills: - IT relevant technologies & Telecom business domain knowledge- Good understanding of Telecom business & operating processes across verticals- In-depth understanding/knowledge of cutting-edge sales and CRM concepts across segments- In-depth understanding/knowledge of customer business processes, deliverables, competitors,expansion plans for the vertical- Professional Skills - Customer Focus, Account Mapping, Customer needs understanding, Persuasion& Negotiation skills, Relationship Management, Customer Retention, Service focus- Operational Effectiveness - Initiative & Passion, Resource Management, Attention to Detail,Interpersonal Skills, Achievement orientation, Problem solving- Strategic Focus - Decision Making, Sensing Opportunities, Business Cognizance .
