About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Property Manager
In this role, you will:
  • Oversee operational continuity and preservation of all company owned, leased or managed real estate within a smaller scale portfolio in support of business requirements and corporate goals and objectives
  • Negotiate building service agreements, project terms and conditions
  • Interpret and implement lease terms and conditions
  • Support the efficient delivery of property and portfolio management services by applying operational service standards and asset preservation planning
  • Represent company interests with internal customers, vendors, landlords and external tenants
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex portfolio strategies in support of overall business strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Property Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Be the part of Transport team to support the business requirement.
  • Manage the Transport Operations at BLR location.
  • Responsible for EHS Standards of all vehicles and reporting.
  • Own and maintain Transport Tool (TRAMS) for the Transport Team.
  • Coordinate with vendors for their support for transport operations.
  • Publishing of Monthly & Quarterly Physical Inspection of vehicles reports
  • MIS Reporting
  • Preparing of Transport accruals and maintaining the records at site level.
  • Preparing of payment reports of vendors on monthly basis.
  • Vendor Management
  • To interact with LOBs
  • Regular meeting with vendors for transport arrangement.
  • To ensure team is 100% risk compliant.
  • University degree in any stream.
  • Experience of more than 7 years in transport operations.
  • Knowledge in employee experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
  • Fluency in English and regional language.
Job Expectations:
  • Experience of handling for transport operations for minimum 2500 employees.
  • Knowledge of computer (MS Office application).
