Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new clients for broking and insurance products (Life, General, Health, Corporate policies, etc.).
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
  • Liaise with multiple insurance companies to offer clients the best options.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle client queries effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, claims assistance, and customer service.
