Job DescriptionIntroductionAs a Marketing Manager - Haryana you will be responsible for drafting weekly and monthly marketing campaigns with clear defined objectives with respect to budgeting and audiences . The role will require strong understanding of 360 degree media channels and proven experience in preferably a media company

What will you be doing

1. Content MarketingDevelop and manage the overall content marketing strategy.

Ensure alignment with target audiences and brand positioning.

Execute marketing campaigns from conception to launch.

2. Team Management and Collaboration

Build and lead a team of launch specialists.

Foster collaboration with internal content, creative, and marketing teams.

Share insights and work closely with production and post-production teams to influence future content strategies.

Market Research and Strategy

Perform deep research into the Indian languages market.

Develop content strategies that resonate across different regional audiences.

Plan marketing activities in advance based on the content calendar.

5. Audience Engagement and Growth

Develop strategies to increase the following and engagement on social media.

6. Partnerships and Marketing Materials

Collaborate with external agencies and influencers to extend marketing reach.

Produce various marketing materials like case studies, decks, and promotional pieces for digital dissemination.

7. Communication and Updates

Maintain regular communication with internal teams, clients, and influential users.

Keep stakeholders informed of weekly progress and major updates.

Ability to read, write, and speak in Haryanvi .

Self-starter skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

Possesses a growth and ownership mindset.
