Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Branch Manager
to lead our Bangalore branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch sales across
B2B and B2C verticals
, achieving sales targets, managing branch operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the overall branch operations and sales performance.
  • Drive
    B2B and B2C sales growth
    , ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams across both verticals (
    minimum 10+ member team size
    ).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with institutions, schools, corporates, real estate, and individual clients.
  • Monitor branch performance, prepare sales forecasts, and generate periodic reports for management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and support teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to ensure productivity and performance.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, processes, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience
    in sales and branch management, preferably in
    construction, real estate, sports infra, building materials, or edutech sectors
    .
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with
    experience in handling teams of at least 10 members
    (B2B and B2C).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to handle P&L responsibility for the branch.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
