We're looking for a visionary Design Lead to join our dynamic product team and lead the design and execution of cutting-edge flex office projects. - Lead Multiple Design Projects: Oversee and manage multiple flexible workspace design projects from initial concept through to execution, setting industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with sales and leadership to transform client needs into compelling design solutions that push creative boundaries.
- Ensure Excellence: Uphold high standards of design and functionality, integrating member feedback to continuously elevate the end-user experience.
- Sustain Growth: Engage with all stakeholders to incorporate sustainable practices and materials, enhancing both the aesthetic and environmental impact of our spaces.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, ensuring smooth project workflows and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Project Management: Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards across multiple projects.
- A holder of a B.Arch or equivalent, with 7-9 years in workspace design and construction.
- Proficient in BIM – Revit, with a knack for picking up new tools quickly.
- A strategic thinker with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative design and practical execution in workspace projects.
- A natural leader who thrives in both high-level presentations and detailed, tactical management.
- Highly skilled in project and team management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative design thinking that enhances brand and user experience.
- Proactive problem-solving skills that maintain project timelines and budget integrity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to synergize with cross-functional teams.
