We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in Excel, and have experience handling MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Coordination: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, supplies, and communication between teams
  • Workflow Management: Ensure efficient task flow, follow-ups, and timely execution of operational activities
  • Excel Expertise: Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for tracking data, reports, and team metrics
  • MIS Reporting: Generate and update Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business decision-making
  • Support meetings, documentation, and communication as needed by team leads or management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing MIS reports
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
