Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Aurika - 92.5 Silver in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing our elegant jewelry collection, assisting in selections, closing sales, and providing an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate product recommendations.

  

2. Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge about the various silver jewellery pieces, including their design, craftsmanship, and value, to effectively communicate with customers.

  

3. Sales Transactions: Handle sales transactions efficiently, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing returns or exchanges.


4. Visual Merchandising: Assist in arranging and displaying jewellery in an appealing manner to attract customers and enhance sales.


5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering new inventory, and ensure that the display is well-stocked and organized.


6. Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale service, address customer inquiries or complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.


7. Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide up-to-date advice and maintain a competitive edge.


8. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the business.


9. Promotion and Marketing: Assist with in-store promotions and marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
