Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team in planning and executing marketing
strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role
requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to manage
campaigns, optimize marketing efforts, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the
company’s business goals.
o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, consumer preferences,
and emerging trends.
o Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products align with
market demand and brand positioning.
2. Campaign Management:
o Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels,
including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
o Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting
strategies as necessary.
o Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
3. Brand Management:
o Maintain and enhance the brand’s image, voice, and presence in the market.
o Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures,
websites, social media content, and advertisements.
o Ensure consistency of the brand message across all marketing channels.
4. Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support,
and professional development opportunities.
o Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and product
development, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business
goals.
o Evaluate the performance of marketing staff, providing feedback and coaching as
needed.
5. Customer Engagement:
o Develop and manage customer engagement initiatives to improve customer
loyalty and retention.
o Analyze customer feedback and data to enhance customer experience and
satisfaction.
o Implement CRM strategies to improve customer relationship management.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
o Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure performance and ROI.
o Prepare and present reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and
recommendations to senior management.
o Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
a Master’s degree is a plus.
 Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial
role.
 Skills:
o Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
o Proficiency in marketing software and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM
tools, social media platforms).
o Excellent leadership and project management skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
o Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
 Fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 May require occasional travel for business meetings, conferences, or events.
