Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a sales Manager at Gruham Spaces located in Borivali. The sales Manager will be responsible for managing, funding, sales, loans, and mortgage lending activities on a day-to-day basis.

  • Closings and Funding skills
  • Core Experience in sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in real estate or financial industry preferred
  • Excellent familiarity with RERA regulations and norms.
  • Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends.


Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate

• Experience: 0-3 Years, Previous experience in a similar role, especially Sales.


CTC- 4.2 to 6 Lakhs
