Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a sales Manager at Gruham Spaces located in Borivali. The sales Manager will be responsible for managing, funding, sales, loans, and mortgage lending activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Closings and Funding skills
- Core Experience in sales.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in real estate or financial industry preferred
- Excellent familiarity with RERA regulations and norms.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends.
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 0-3 Years, Previous experience in a similar role, especially Sales.
CTC- 4.2 to 6 Lakhs
Skills:
- Extrovert personality and passionate about the sales.
- Core experience in residential real estate sales.
- Good Presentation & Negotiation Skills.
- Strong strategic thinker.
- Strong knowledge of Real Industry market in Mumbai.
