We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to secure high-value projects from multiple sources, including freelancing platforms (like Upwork, Fiverr) and direct outreach to international clients across the US, UK, Australia, and other markets.

As a BDM, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new project opportunities, negotiating deals, and building long-term client relationships. You will be expected to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities both from freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) and through direct outreach to international clients across industries.


Proposal Writing & Negotiations:

Create customized proposals, craft compelling pitches, and lead contract negotiations with clients to close high-value deals.


Client Relationship Management :

Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.


Market Research & Strategy Development:

Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective business development strategies for expanding our client base in global markets.


Sales Pipeline Management:

Manage and track the entire sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of opportunities. Report regularly on performance and progress towards sales targets.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, design, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.


Brand Representation:

Represent the company in global business forums, events, and client meetings to boost our brand visibility and secure strategic partnerships.



What We’re Looking For


Proven Experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, with a track record of acquiring clients both through freelancing platforms and direct outreach.


Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively pitch, negotiate, and build relationships with clients.


Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Experience in proposal writing, closing deals, and negotiating favorable terms for both the company and the client.


Results-Oriented: Ability to set and meet ambitious sales goals, with a strong drive to close deals and contribute to company growth.


Familiarity with Freelancing Platforms: Understanding of how to source and win projects from platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others is a plus.


Market Knowledge: Experience or awareness of business practices and trends in international markets, particularly in US, UK, and Australia.


Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with excellent time-management skills.


Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, and other sales management tools.
