Kluger Kopf Consulting is onboarding a
Strategy & Growth Consultant
to work on an exciting, high-growth healthcare mandate — helping scale a fast-emerging pan-India clinical chain via a hub-and-spoke expansion model.

This role requires a smart
execution-minded strategist
who isn't afraid to get into the trenches and make things happen across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as
    Project Lead / PMO
    for new facilities rollouts — from site diligence to launch & ramp-up
  • Build dashboards, trackers and review rhythms to manage growth milestones
  • Coordinate across workstreams — ops, finance, licensing, HR, marketing, CAPEX
  • Deliver
    time-compressed centre launches
    and
    faster break-even
  • Present weekly execution reports to Kluger Kopf & client leadership

Ideal Background

  • 4–7 years in
    strategy consulting / growth PMO / healthcare ops / multi-site scale ups
  • Experience working with hospitals, clinics, retail chains, F&B/QSRs, or startups a plus
  • Strong analytical + project management skills — can own timelines & outcomes
  • Comfortable travelling & working closely with founders/CXOs
  • Self-starter with maturity and bias for action
