Job Title: Front Office Associate / Guest Relations Executive

Location: Muthanallur Rd Bangalore

Department: Front Office / Guest Relations

Reports To: Front Office Manager

Job Summary -

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our Front Office team. The role involves delivering exceptional guest service, managing guest relations, and ensuring compliance with service standards while maximizing upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Welcome and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle guest check-in, check-out, and reservations as per company standards.
  • Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of communication, guest service, and hospitality.
  • Promote and upsell hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong soft skills with a guest-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage guest relations with professionalism.
  • Upselling and cross-selling skills.
  • Good knowledge of compliance and standard procedures.

  • Positive attitude and polished grooming standards.

Qualifications & Experience -

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (mandatory).
  • 3 to 12 months of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations / Guest Service.
  • Knowledge of front office systems, reservation software, and MS Office preferred.
  • Bangalore candidates can prefered.
