The Role Brief:

Drive end-to-end payment integrations, build offer engines, and optimize consumer/merchant flows. Own payment product implementations, integrations and features developments.

 

Skills and Prior Experience

  • Must have worked in Product Teams in startups/fintech/banks/NBFCs and handled Digital Payments vertical.
  • Knowledge and experience into rules and regulations and various compliances in payments business.
  • Created a smooth experience for customers and merchants for checkout at store or at online websites. 
  • Must have managed multiple stakeholders efficiently like – engineering, Design, Business etc


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Payment gateway Integrations for Credit Cards, UPI, EMI and other payment options.
  • Automation of payment gateway operations like settlements, reconciliation, payouts, merchant onboarding 
  • Manage Merchant integrations, APIs, solutioning and customizations. 
  • Build and optimize Customer Checkout flows. 
  • Maximize success rate and transaction conversions.
  • Monitor emerging trends, industry developments, regulatory change and security enhancements across the payments industry.
  • Partner with Product Strategy and Go-to-Market teams to define and execute product launch plans, including product packaging and pricing.
