Associate Director, Client Operations, APAC
to join our team in Gurugram on a hybrid schedule.Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Success, this key hire is the primary owner of our Delhi-serviced Asia-Pacific publisher-side business. You will head up the APAC team of Customer Success Operations Managers and work closely with them to develop strategic partnerships with our clients, maximize revenue through PubMatic tools and solutions, and provide insights and data critical to the customer’s business. You will work closely with strategic and tactical customer contacts offering a deep understanding of our product offerings and the dynamic programmatic landscape.You will be responsible for achieving quarterly top-line revenue targets and ensuring we exceed client expectations. Through regular check-ins, rigorous performance analyses, cross-functional project management, and industry event attendance, you will act as and be recognized as a programmatic specialist and advisor who drives tangible results for our customers.
Key responsibilities include:Support the team managing the portfolio of strategic partners by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for expansion, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.Leverage your analytical skills and knowledge of the programmatic marketplaces to influence customer strategies and execution toward optimal customer engagement and sales.Consistently meet or exceed targets, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding customer experience to our clients.Develop a thorough understanding of the business and technical aspects of PubMatic commerce platforms, tools, and solutions.Proactively coach peers within the organization to enhance programmatic knowledge and skills that drive client growth and contribute to overall team success.Collaborate with specialists, solutions engineers, and product teams to generate business plans, defining business goals, key strategies, and success metrics.
Qualifications6+ years of relevant experience in a Customer Success role, focusing on header bidding, oRTB protocol, RTB/PMP, and ad networksPrior experience working with multiple SSPs, custom Prebid wrappers, and various ad formats/ad platforms is a plusProficiency in Excel, preferably Excel Macros, MS Access; knowledge of MS Project, SQL, and other database tools is a plusExperience using complex data sets to track performance trends, identify anomalies and their root causesStrong presentation skillsExperience growing and managing a team
