Territory Sales Executive

Summary:
Build partnerships with offline touchpoints to drive revenue for the company. Looking for a dynamic, high-ownership individual with sales experience in the health supplements category who is comfortable with the high-speed and dynamic environment of an early-stage startup.
Role & Responsibilities:
Generate Sales: Establish partnerships with retailers and distributors in the health supplements category to drive offline sales.
Demand Generation: Engage in market activations through collaborations with gyms, nutritionists, and societies to increase brand visibility and sales.
Operations Management: Ensure smooth operations by managing cash collection and inventory compliance.
Performance Targets: Focus on meeting monthly revenue, retention, and profitability goals.
Work Type:
Field Sales: This role requires travel within the assigned territory.
Schedule: 6 days a week, including weekends or peak sales days as needed.
Individual Contributor: You will be responsible for meeting individual monthly sales targets.
Qualities & Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of offline sales experience in the health supplements category, particularly in Delhi NCR.
Ownership & Action Bias: Strong commitment to meeting targets and taking initiative.
Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Based on experience.
Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives.
Expenses: Travel and daily expenses included.
