Roles and Responsibilities
- To have a clear understanding of regulatory guidelines and data requirement for pesticide export.
- Collect and coordinate information to prepare regulatory documentation for submission to regulatory agencies
- Coordinating for Domestic and International Product registration.
- Preparation of Product related Dossiers.
- Becoming a bridge between the regulatory changes relating to Agro- Chemicals and the Company and ensure that all the products of the Company are up to date as per guidelines of Central Insecticides Board (CIB)/ International and Registration Committee and/or any other relevant regulatory agencies.
- Collect and coordinate information to prepare regulatory documentation for submission to regulatory agencies
- Work closely with marketing teams and factory head and ensure 100% compliance in the product specifications as and when updated by regulatory bodies.
- To prepare regulatory dossier on chemistry and residue, as per company s requirements and timelines.
- To review PCP and other reports pertaining to pesticide registration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.sc / M.Sc. Chemistry or other equivalent degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the Regulatory field in Agro Chemical Industry.
- Understanding of OECD/USEPA guidelines and CIPAC methods for testing of chemicals.
- Practical experience of working in chemistry process lab is additional advantage.
- Knowledge of various chemistry Chromatography and spectroscopic techniques.
- Must have sound knowledge of Organic Chemistry and able to draw chemical structures.
- Any certification or full-time course in regulatory affairs
