Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and expanding our client base. As a Business Development Manager at Zaptech, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, targeting, and establishing relationships with international clients. You will work closely with the management team to create effective strategies and develop new services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and analyze market trends in various international regions.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients, nurture leads, and convert them into valuable partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend industry conferences, events, and seminars to connect with prospective clients and build a strong professional network.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to translate client requirements into viable IT solutions
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and emerging technologies to stay competitive.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful business development experience in the IT industry with an international focus.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of client needs and the ability to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales performance metrics and adapt strategies as needed
  • Strong networking abilities and experience in building and maintaining relationships.
