Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Business development Executive to join our sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is a quick learner, takes initiative, and is eager to kickstart their career in sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, comfortable with customer interaction, and a true hustler with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads.
Actively build and maintain a strong leads pipeline.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate IT solutions.
Assist the sales manager and directors' team in proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer information.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns
.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and product offerings to better serve potential clients.
Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in IT or technology sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A go-getter attitude with the ability to take initiative and hustle to achieve sales goals.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Motivated, self-starter with a passion for sales and technology.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
