Purpose – Why does it exist?

The D2C product lead role is a P&L role responsible for running the Plum D2C channel, including the Plum app. The role entails scaling the D2C channel profitably while planning & executing the technology roadmap from a short term & long term POV. It’s a team leadership role involving leading a team of 7-8 individuals and requires extensive stakeholder management, including marketing, media teams & other functions.

Profitable sales growth in our D2C channelsLTV/CAC, AOV, Conversion Rate, Repeat, Brand RecallNPS for D2C e-commerce

Key Responsibilities

P&L Ownership role, requiring scaling the top line profitably for the channel. This involves working with all relevant teams required to make this happen, including external stakeholders, marketing teams, supply chain & finance.Drive the LTV/CAC for the channel through relevant interventions required in retention & loyalty (both led and not led by product)Drive a world class customer experience – on-app, on-site & off site to ensure our CSAT and NPS scores are top-notch through tech, supply chain & other operational interventionsPlan & execute the tech-roadmap (both app & website) from a short term & long term POV.Lead the website operations, product & retention teams, and the customer support team guiding them to work towards one goal & outcome of driving customer experience & improving customer lifetime value.Strategically evaluate, build and drive feature adoption for app/website features which help in scaling business and improving the customer LTV on the app

Experience & Qualification

Mandatory:

Graduate with 8+ years of work experience OR a Postgraduate from a well reputed school with 5+ years of work experience a similar D2C role or brandDemonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.A passion for numbersTop notch problem-solving skillsExcellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking abilityGreat at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders
