Internship Role – What You'll Do

As a Business Development Associate Intern, you'll be the face of Reaidy to potential clients. Your main focus will be on outreach, product demos, and understanding hiring needs from HRs and companies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to HR managers, founders, and recruitment leads
  • Schedule and deliver product demos of to prospective companies
  • Clearly communicate platform features and benefits
  • Collect hiring requirements from interested companies
  • Maintain outreach tracker and share feedback with the internal team
  • Help build and maintain strong client relationships

Who You Are

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English/Hindi/Telugu is a plus)
  • Comfortable talking to new people and explaining tech products
  • Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  • Interest in Sales Tech, SaaS, or startup ecosystem
  • Previous sales or outreach experience is a bonus (not mandatory)

Who Can Apply

  • Students in their final year or recent graduates
  • Available for at least 3 months
  • Must have a laptop, stable internet, and ability to work independently
