We are looking for an accomplished Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering leadership and project delivery. This strategic role requires a unique blend of technical depth and project execution excellence. As a key leader, you will guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions—on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Problem Solving

  • Act as the primary escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex issues in Python-based applications.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices across teams.

  • Design and implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve system anomalies.

  • Project & Team Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent technical projects, effectively balancing scope, complexity, and timelines.

  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising software engineers, QA, and DevOps professionals to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to prioritize features and align deliverables.
  • Champion Agile methodologies, driving iterative delivery and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Qualifications

  1. Experience & Education

  2. Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in technical leadership and project management roles.

  3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  4. Proven track record in managing complex, enterprise-level projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.

  5. Technical Expertise

  6. Strong command of Python, with deep familiarity in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  7. Experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  8. Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases, logging systems, and performance optimization.
  9. Exposure to data science, machine learning, or AI technologies is a strong plus.

  10. Experience in the retail or e-commerce domain is advantageous.

  11. Leadership & Communication

  12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in customer-facing situations.

  13. High emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle pressure, shifting priorities, and cross-functional coordination.
  14. Strong mentorship skills with a focus on team development and upskilling.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
