Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project milestones, budgets, and resources.
  • Prepare regular progress updates and reports for the CEO.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams, franchisees, and external partners.
  • Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders.
  • Ensure franchise partner requirements are understood and met.

Quality Control

  • Maintain documentation for all projects.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet SIP Abacus's standards.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements.

Skills & Attributes Required

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g, ClickUp).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working across different time zones.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience.
  • Experience in an international or franchise-based organisation preferred.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects within scope and on time.

Working Hours

  • Flexibility to overlap with New Zealand business hours.
  • Availability for urgent priorities outside standard hours if needed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
